Membership Guidelines
Membership is open to any individual who supports the objectives of the Association.
Prospective members must submit a completed application form along with KYC documents and the applicable fees. The Executive Committee reserves the right to approve or reject applications without explanation.
A statement affirming no pending criminal proceedings is required with the application.
Members are entitled to attend all Saptapadi events, including charity activities. After completing one year of membership, individuals may apply to serve on sub-committees involved in event planning and execution.
All members must comply with the rules, regulations, and code of conduct established by the Association. Any breach may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.
New Membership – ₹3,000 (Annual)
- Admission Fee: ₹500
- Membership Fee: ₹1,000
- Development/Donation: ₹1,500
Renewal Fee – ₹2,000 (Annual)
- Membership Renewal: ₹1,000
- Development/Donation: ₹1,000
Membership shall be terminated upon resignation, failure to pay dues, or removal by the Executive Committee due to disciplinary reasons.
